"How Are You Today?" Animating The Senses Workshop
We will discover the extraordinary and fun ways of expressing our feelings by art theraphy method and animation technique!
The participants will find creative answers to the question of "How are You Today?" by considering how they feel at that moment. They will make short animation samples by creating characters from the emotional states which they define with games and dance. By observing their feelings, they will experience the animation technique which is an unlimited expression form by the end of the workshop.

She graduated from Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University, Graphic Design Department. While studying at the university, she participated in Canlandiranlar Talent Campus. In the Talent Campus she directed the animated shorts Şekerleme (2010) and The Girl Who Slipped Within (2012). She also designed games. Currently she makes animated short films and animated TV series for kids.

Ezgi İçöz
After graduating from Istanbul Bilgi University, Department of Psychology with a thesis on Bipolar Disorder and Artistic Creativity, she moved to the USA to study Expressionist Art Therapy which combines Art and Clinical Psychology. She had a master degree on Expressionist Art Therapy from California Institute of Integral Studies. She worked in the hospitals and nursing homes in San Francisco as a psychotherapist and art therapist. Believing the healing power of art, creativity, nature and sharing, she moved to Istanbul in 2011. Currently she makes individual&group therapy sessions with children, teenagers, adults and gives expressionist art therapy education and workshops.
