EFF 2020 ends today. We hope you had a nice week with our festival. The best part of this festival which we deliver to your home from our home was its accessibility from all over Turkey. Until this year we visited Ankara, Istanbul and Eskisehir, as well as, to be followed from almost every city in Turkey made us very happy. In one week, 46 films and 29 interviews in the Festival program were watched 15 thousand times in total.
Competition Without Barriers
The jury consisting of producer Gökçe Işıl Tuna, actress İpek Türktan Kaynak and cinema writer Kaan Karsan determined the winners of the Barrier Free Competition. You can watch the video about the awards from this link.
Emin Alper received Best Screenplay award with his film A Tale of Three Sisters. Deniz Tortum won Best Director Award with his film Phases of Matter. Phases of Matters won Best Film Awards. The winner of Special Audience Award, determined by the votes of the audience, was La Belle Indifference, which is also the most watched film of the Festival, directed by Kıvanç Sezer.
