The 8th Accessible Film Festival will be online this year between October 12-18…!
These days we are spending our days by preparing a festival program with the theme of "Seeking the Normal” while we are trying to return to our "normals" with the precautions taken. We have questions and topics that we want to discuss in our minds: normal, old normal, new normal, earth, energy, cities, relationships, body, virtual self, social identity…
While trying to return to our daily routines, movie theaters open one by one, but the uncertainties caused by the pandemic continue. We did not want to risk the health of both you and ourselves and decided to hold Accessible Film Festival online this year. We will hold the festival online, whose slogan is “it is possible to watch movies together”. Yet we will use this abnormality as an opportunity. We will have a chance to meet with the cities that we have been invited but could not able to attend so far. This will make the Festival more accessible.
