New selection in the program: Auditorium

A new selection has been added to this year’s Festival program: Auditorium. The selection which will focus on the footprints of sound and music in our lives has two guests this year.

Known for her works in which she approaches the mind, body and women's issues from a groundbreaking perspective, Beth B tells the extraordinary story of Lunch who became a No Wave icon in New York in the late 70s, with her film “Lydia Lunch: The War is Never Over”.

A Symphony of Noise, which had its world premiere at CPH:DOX Film Festival in April; will take the audience into the sound world of British musician and researcher Matthew Herbert. Known for his documentaries on music, the director Enrique Sánchez Lansch accompanies the musician in his most exciting projects, and together we witness the birth of a symphony which grows from everyday sounds and noises.

The festival will take place online between 11-17 October. You can subscribe for the newsletter and follow the social media accounts of the Accessible Film Festival to stay updated on the news.
