National Feature Film Competition

In the "National Feature Film Competition" of the festival; As every year, the most prominent productions of Turkish cinema will compete this year as well.

This year, in the competition consisting of outstanding productions in the national arena; Emre Erdoğdu's second feature film, The List of Those Who Love Me which premiered at the Tallinn Black Nights Film Festival and tells the story of Yılmaz, who took great risks with the paranoia of not being loved and slowly disappeared; Bahman Ghobadi's Four Walls, which premiered at the 34th Tokyo International Film Festival, features the story of Baran, who continues to work as a musician far from his hometown and dreams of a house with a sea view; Kerr, adapted from Tayfun Pirselimoğlu's novel of the same name, made its world premiere at the 37th Warsaw Film Festival and tells the story of Can, who is the only witness to a murder at a train station and is stuck in a town like hell; Brother’s Keeper, by Ferit Karahan, which won the Best Film Award at the 58th Antalya Golden Orange Film Festival and was not taken to the hospital on time due to the school administration, and his friend Yusuf, who are caught between brutal confrontations and secrets; Zuhal, Nazlı Elif Durlu's first feature film, which premiered at the 58th Antalya Golden Orange Film Festival, tells about a woman whose routine life is turned upside down with the sound of a cat she hears at night, are the 5 films taking place. 

In this year's jury of the "National Feature Film Competition"; screenwriter and director Çağla Zencirci, director Kıvanç Sezer and producer Selin Vatansever Tezcan.

While the competition jury determined the Best Film, Best Director and Best Screenplay awards; The Audience Special Award will be awarded with the votes of the audience. The awards will be announced with the closing video that will be released on Saturday, October 22nd.
