    She completed her undergraduate education in Economics and Business Administration. She worked as a marketing communication and project development coordinator in her early years in the cinema industry. During her master's degree in Business Administration, she taught courses in the Department of Cultural Management at the university. After returning to the industry, she worked as a director in the field of film purchasing and sales, and was the general coordinator of the !f Istanbul Independent Film Festival. She was the director of Başka Cinema for three years, starting from the establishment phase. Then she founded PAZ Istanbul, an advertising agency dedicated to the cultural sector. During this period, she received marketing training at European Audiovisual Entrepreneurs (EAVE). She worked as a trainer and advisory board member at the Istanbul Foundation for Culture and Arts Meetings on the Bridge platform. Currently, she carries out marketing and event projects for national and international brands and NGOs in the film, TV series, cultural sector, and works on film and TV series production at PAZ. During the pandemic period, it established an online education platform with the brand PAZ Talks and brought together the participants with the leading names of the industry in different fields. In addition to these, she continues her master's degree in Cognitive Psychology at Boğaziçi University.

    Hülya Demirden Süngü

    She is the Festival Director of the International Changing Perspectives Film Festival and the general secretary of Katadrom Arts and Culture and Social Politics Association. Some of the festivals she has worked as program director, general coordinator, advisor, and jury member since 2000 are: International Porto Femme Film Festival, International Migration Film Festival, Malatya International Film Festival, Edirne International Film Festival, Documentarist, International Crime and Punishment International,  Silk Road Film Festival, Bodrum Environmental  Film Festival,  Rendevous Istanbul Film Festival, and Amsterdam Turkish Film Days.

    Murat Emir Eren

    He wrote articles on cinema for national and international media. He took part in international film festivals as a jury. He wrote scripts for television productions and worked on films. His 2020 short film Not at Home made its international premiere in the competition section of the 57th Chicago Film Festival and won awards in Turkey.
