Bruno Dumont

Born in 1958, French director Bruno Dumont started his career in 1986 by shooting commercial films. With his cinema career, which started in the late 1990s, he appeared in numerous film festivals and made award-winning films. In his latest film ‘The Empire’, he blends the world and his unique humour, familiar to his fans from his recent works such as ‘P'tit Quinquin’, ‘Jeanne’ and ‘Ma Loute’, with the science-fiction genre.
