Karsten Kiilerich

Born in 1955 in Denmark. He is one of the founders of A. Film, the largest animation studio in Denmark. He directed a number of animation series for television at home and abroad. He received an Academy Award nomination in 1999 for his short film When Life Departs. He directed his first feature film The Ugly Duckling and Me in 2006.
