Robin Polák

Born in Prag. He emigrated with his parents to Germany in the early 80s. After his matriculation, he worked on film sets. In 2000 he started to work as an intern at a TV channel. He directed a couple of trailer and short films here. After two years he became an editorial journalist. He started to work as a freelance director and won the Young Director Award in Cannes.
