Ümit Ünal

Born in 1965, İzmir. He graduated from Cinema-TV Department of 9 Eylül University. His first feature film My Aunt won the Script Competition of Milliyet Magazine in 1986 and filmed by Halit Refiğ. Ünal continued his career in cinema by writing scripts. He wrote and directed his first feature film 9 in 2001. Serial Cook is his eight film.
