The autumn of 2009. Mehmet comes together with 13 visually handicapped people aged between 18 and 47 to take part in a month-long scriptwriting and film directing workshop. Will they be able to use cinema as a medium for expressing themselves? More importantly, what will they want to convey? Camera Obscura is a documentary about people who perceive life through their emotions.
